Oh Happy Day!
So I went to classes today and they were good. But Psych was a little boring because it's kinda repetitive, so I went to Academic Advising and had my credits from Keene transferred. Soo... I can get up at 9 tomorrow instead of 7. Ohhhhh yeeaaaah. I was so happy, that after a day of school and a shift of work, I came home and cleaned my room, took out the trash, ran the dishwasher and folded some laundry. Damn, I should quit classes everyday.
Nutrition is awesome though. The one thing I love about this program is that even on the first day, you leave class feeling like you already know a shit ton about the topic. Already we've talked about portion control, the easiest way to lose weight. what diets really just don't work etc. Did you know that you actually CAN drink too much water in a day? More isn't necessarily a good thing with water. I guess, after about 8-10 cups intake in a day, your body can't process it any more and instead of just peeing it out you actually bloat and feel fatter? I guess it really is true that there can be too much of a good thing.
So yeah, I get to sleep in!!!!! Soooo excited. Plus, by dropping Psych I'm dodging a research paper, so that's good news as well.
